R.I.P. Constitution, Ashleigh Kenny's Timely Tee Shirt

Why is Ashleigh Kenny’s R.I.P. U.S. Constitution, tee shirt driving the left wing bloggers crazy? Could it be the truth exposed? It has been said “that sunlight is the best disinfectant.” Is it possible they are upset because the administration they support is attempting just this very thing, And the more people that are aware of it the less chance their agenda has at “success?”

Did not our current president say in a 2001 radio interview and I paraphrase, “The Constitution is a list of negative rules that’s outlines what the government can not do to you, but it does not outline what the government can do on your behalf.” I don’t know what that means to you, but to me it sure sounds like his core belief, and that of the “people” in his administration, is that they believe they know more than you do about how you should run your life, and they are going to do it for you.

It’s no wonder that following the promises of their campaign the “Handout masses’ clambered to the voting booths in record numbers to get in line. The “Hand up” crowd now opposing the “change” the handouts and bleeding hearts all voted for comprehend the back side of the tee shirt; a quote from Ronald Reagan’ “in this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem.”

The real problem is the majority of those voters never understood what type of change was intended. That change has now been defined by this administration as transformation. Simply they intend to “transform” the basic tenants of the fabric of our Republic into an oligarchy.

An Oligarchy is defined as “a form of government in which all power is vested in a few persons or in a dominant class or clique; government by the few.” Sound familiar. This is the type of government the Framers feared and specifically wrote the Constitution to prevent. Have you noticed all the appointed Czars, 44 at last count I believe. Interestingly this term, formerly used by the media as a journalistically appointed title is defined, “as the former emperor of Russia or an autocratic ruler or leader” has been specifically adopted as a lead position in the administration. Wonder why that is? Are they trying to tell you something?

The Healthcare program they are currently attempting to force down our throats is just one example of how they intend to run our lives. If you allow it, if you don’t stand up like Miss Kenny, you may be part of the misguided generation Mr. Reagan feared and I quote: “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.”

Mr. Reagan also prophetically described most of our feelings about this new intended health care program, “the most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help.”

It is not the tee shirt that’s has all the liberals, oops, progressives, in an uproar. It’s that you might find out their plan and realize what it really is. Remember that ridicule is their only weapon and they are using against, Miss Kenny and you. Mr. Obama forget Lincoln and learn from President Reagan, “Government's first duty is to protect the people, not run their lives.”
